Section 50
After the Ordinance on Private Investment in Construction and Operation of Infrastructure Structures, 2062 becomes inoperative, the consequences thereof
After the Ordinance on Private Investment in Construction and Operation of Infrastructure Structures, 2062 becomes inoperative, if no other intention is apparent, the inactivity shall,-
(a) shall not raise any matter which was not in force or subsisted while the Ordinance was inoperative,
(b) It shall not affect the things that have been carried out in accordance with the Ordinance or any work done or suffered before the procedure has been carried out in accordance with it,
(c) shall not affect any rights, facilities, duties or obligations received, achieved or enjoyed in accordance with that Ordinance,
(d) No penalty imposed under that Ordinance shall affect punishment or forfeiture,
(e) Any such action or measure taken in relation to any such right, facility, duty, obligation or penalty written above shall not be affected and any such legal action or measure may be initiated, continued or enforced as long as the said Ordinance remains in force.
